BELHAZAR ESTATE

Just a few kilometres from the medina of Essaouira, on the road to Agadir, Belhazar Estate, comprising the Maison and the Pavillon, is a secluded haven in which to enjoy this exceptional region of Morocco and all it has to offer throughout the year.
Taken over by Les Maisons CAB in 2026, Belhazar Estate is an oasis of art and design on the outskirts of Essaouira, set within a landscape of argan trees and luminous open skies. Conceived as a home to be lived in rather than a hotel, it offers a residential experience where architecture, contemporary creation, and the Moroccan art of living come together in harmony with the surrounding landscape and the natural rhythm of the place.
Les Maisons CAB is an intimate collection of residences where art, design, and architecture shape an experience that is as much to be lived as it is to be contemplated. Each house is designed to be inhabited for the duration of a stay, with an intimate, thoughtful, and refined spirit that invites guests to slow down and fully experience the place.
